Fulfillment Specialist:
Goal
The Fulfillment Managers’ role is to prep, ship and fulfill all Wind Blown orders with excellence. Doing so in a way that imparts care to our customers through efficiency, attention to detail and forward thinking.
Job/Role:
Fulfill all shipments from online orders and wholesale orders from our Wake Forest office
Take packages to post office or scheudle pick ups
Keep jewelry in stock organized, carded and ready to ship
Keep inventory updated at all times (Pop up stock stocked and separate)
Pack jewelry for pop up markets
Keep shipping area organized and clean
Communicate with Jen about customer service needs and special orders going out
Position will be supervised by Ella
Payment: Dependent on applicant. Part time pay as an hourly W-2 employee.
Availability: Position would start in June
January-October: Mon, Wed, Fri- 9am-12
Holiday Season (Nov-Dec) and “launch” weeks: 4 days a week Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday
Hours are flexible, days are not
Also expect heavy weeks throughout the year for launches, warehouse sale or new promotions (changes yearly but you would have advanced warning)
Schedule may shift due to order fluctuation
Qualities
High attention to detail:
Inspect jewelry as it is going out to ensure excellent quality. Make sure each package is the best it can be. Jewelry laid in nicely, stickers straight, cards flat and not bent, no smudges etc.
You are the last check before all the jewelry goes out and we want our customers to have the best experience possible!
Tenacity: Everyone on our team must display tenacity and a "can-do" attitude. Desire to beat yourself, improve and find faster and better ways to do things.
We want you to own your area and be the expert there.
Flexibility:
We are a growing business and timelines and demands change often. We may ask you to come in an extra day or two when order volume is high, have you run an errand, or occasionally work on a simple production task.

Pop-Up Market Specialist
Job description:
This position aims to make all of our customers feel known, loved, and cared for while at Pop Up Markets. We are looking for someone who treats our customers like best friends because we want them to feel they are welcome here at Wind Blown. Flexibility is key to the success of this position. We are looking for a person who is team-oriented, friendly, and a freaking hard worker! The ideal candidate for the position is engaging, knowledgeable about products, and creates an environment at markets that represent Wind Blown well.
Role Requirements
Physical fitness:
-Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
-Have the ability to stand for long periods of time at the market
-Unloading and loading equipment into cars (tables that collapse, a tent, bins of jewelry and display)
Transportation:
Wind Blown will provide all pop-up displays and materials but the Pop Up Market Specialist will be responsible for picking up and transporting the supplies to the market. (Many markets require a tent)
Having a small car is not a deal-breaker! We are happy to find a solution.
Flexibility
Flexibility in schedule and nature. It is imperative for the Pop Up Market Specialist to have a “can-do attitude” as well as a flexible schedule on weekends. We know Pop-Up dates are usually a month or more in advance but there are also other opportunities that may arise last minute. Expect to work more hours during the holiday season.

-Have first-hand experience with our product. Know it and love it!
-Desire to learn jewelry materials, processes, and selling points if you aren’t already familiar
-Stay up to date with Wind Blown initiatives and products. (Watch our stories, read our emails, etc)

We seek to encourage women through jewelry and connection at markets. The specialist needs to genuinely love people and serve them.
Location and Payment
Markets run anywhere on average from 5-8 hours on weekends. At least one market a month is anticipated with more in the fall and spring. Must be able to pick up and drop off supplies at our office 314 Brooks St. Wake Forest, NC 27587.
Payment is hourly plus commission based on the market and the number of employees at each market.
