Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If your order falls in between these days it will be shipped the following shipping day. 

Domestic orders generally take between 3-4 days to arrive once received by the postal service. 

International orders vary in arrival time based on the recipient country. Once the package is received by the customer's country that postal service is responsible for all tracking and delivery. Please see our below for more information on international shipping. We recommend paying for DHL or UPS services as they have very reliable tracking information and quick delivery.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All sale are final. 

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an incomplete order or a damaged piece, please reach out and let us know via email within 48 hours of receiving your package.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS or other services and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you have any shipping issues please contact your local USPS branch to further help you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please expect at least two months for international orders to arrive if shipped through USPS. Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS, DHL or UPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. If extended arrival time please contact the recipient country postal service with inquires.
